Those who walk alongside care experienced young people carry a great deal. This programme creates the space for you to step off the treadmill and be met by nature, community, and deep reflective practice, so you can return to your work with renewed clarity, compassion, and resilience.

What to expect

Each weekend blends nature connection, psychological insight, and restorative practice. You'll be held in a small group by experienced facilitators and given real permission to pause. Expect:

  • Residential weekends on the land at Field of Possibility
  • Nature-based reflective and somatic practices
  • Group dialogue grounded in compassion and honesty
  • Practical tools for regulation, boundaries and sustaining your role

Who it's for

Social workers, residential staff, foster carers, leaving-care workers, therapists, and anyone supporting care experienced young people who wants to strengthen the quality and sustainability of their own practice.
